1. Physiotherapy resistance band

This is one of the most widely used resistance bands. It is about 120 cm long and 15 cm wide. It does not come with a handle. It is open at both ends and does not form a closed loop. Mainly used for rehabilitation and shaping training, it is one of the most popular resistance bands.

Fields of application: rehabilitation, shaping, upper limb function training, functional training.

Advantages: it is easy to carry and widely used.

Disadvantages: The maximum resistance is relatively small.

2. Ring resistance band

It is also a very popular resistance bands, which is more used in hip and leg (lower limb) training. Specifications vary about 10-60 cm.

Applicable fields: rehabilitation, lower limb training, strength training assisted training (such as assisting in the upward training of pull-ups), functional training.

Advantages: Closed loop, it is easy to wrap the body, fixtures, suitable for static or small amplitude movements.

Disadvantages: Because of the short, the resistance is relatively large, the application surface is not as good as the physical therapy resistance band.

3. Fastener (tubular) resistance band

The buckles at the ends can be combined with handles of various shapes. This feature makes the fastener-type elastic belt a choice for many professionals and enthusiasts. It is about 120 cm long and has a different diameter.

Fields of application: rehabilitation, shaping, strength exercises, functional training.

Advantages: The training options are diversified and the resistance changes more evenly.

Disadvantages: The accessories are often more, the carrying is inconvenient, the cost performance is lower, and the low-priced product buckle is easy to break.
