How to Use The Disposable Nebulizer?

Medication

1. (1) If your medication is premixed (unit dose), start the ampule and squeeze the contents to the medication cup of the disposable nebulizer, and proceed to step two. (2 )If your medication isn't premixed, measure the proper amount of medicine, then add saline to make a minimum of 3cc in the cup.

2. Fasten the mouthpiece into the T-shaped part then fasten this unit into the cup OR fix the mask into the cup. For a child over age 5, use a mouthpiece unit since it is going to deliver more medication than a mask. 

3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth. Seal your lips tightly around it OR set the mask onto your face.

4. Switch on the air compressor machine

5. Take slow, deep breaths in through the mouth.

6. Hold each breath 1 to 2 seconds before breathing out.

7. Proceed until the medication is gone in the cup (roughly 10 minutes).

8. Store the medication as directed after each usage.
